By submitting an application through Alleghany High Country Realty, you consent to a review of your credit, criminal, and eviction history. Applicants will also be required to verify their identity as part of the screening process. Please Review Our Rental Application Policy before submitting.
To apply, please complete and submit the application below. Once your application has been received, you will receive an email with instructions to begin the screening process. The non-refundable application fee will be paid during the screening process.
You will need one application for anyone over the age of 18 occupying the property
Applicants will not be approved until:
The screening process has been completed, and
The $35 application fee has been paid.
Payment is made directly through the screening system. We do not accept application fees at the front desk.
