Pets at Pine Ridge Apartments

At Pine Ridge Apartments, we understand that pets are part of the family. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for all residents, including those with pets.

Please Note: Pet policies may change and are subject to the terms of your lease agreement.

Pet Approval

All pets must be approved by management before moving into the community.

Residents may be required to provide:

• Current vaccination records
• A recent photo of each pet
• Breed and weight information (if applicable)
• Emergency contact information for the pet

Pet Fees

Approved pets may be subject to:

• A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200
• Maximum of 2 pets per unit
• Please contact the leasing office for current fees and limits.

Resident Responsibilities

Pet owners are responsible for:

• Cleaning up after their pets immediately.
• Keeping pets properly leashed in common areas.
• Preventing excessive barking or disruptive behavior.
• Maintaining current vaccinations as required by law.
• Preventing damage to apartments or community property.

Residents are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Restricted Animals

Certain animals or breeds may be restricted based on insurance requirements or local regulations. Contact the leasing office for current guidelines.

Assistance Animals

Pine Ridge Apartments welcomes qualified service animals and assistance animals in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

If you require a reasonable accommodation for an assistance animal, please contact the leasing office.
